Private Farmbelly cooking classes take place in the comfort of your home, office, or rented venue. Here's how classes work:
- Chef + Farmer Michelle brings all the local ingredients and equipment
- Together we will cook either a 4-course menu or spend our time focusing on a specific skill (Cheesemaking, Pickling/Fermenting, etc)
- Students will enjoy the fruits of their labor throughout and/or at the end of the class, and will receive a detailed recipe packet.
Hands-on classes typically last 2-3 hours. Private in-home classes are designed for groups of 2 to 8 people. For larger groups, demonstration-style classes can be customized to fit your needs. Pricing varies based on class topic, group size, and venue.
