PRIVATE Culinary Coaching

Are you looking for private, fully individualized coaching to help you with meal planning + mastering key culinary techniques? I have openings for a limited number of one-on-one coaching clients, who will receive a fully customized weekly meal plan and a private cooking lesson (either in-person or via Skype video call). The combination of customized meal plans and cooking lessons will give you the tools to find joy and confidence in the kitchen, and I'm dedicated to helping you reach your specific culinary goals. Here is a breakdown of what private coaching packages include:

1) CUSTOMIZED WEEKLY MEAL PLANNING

  • Each week, I create a custom meal plan with healthy, delicious recipes and a detailed grocery list. For each meal plan, I include recipes for the following meals (note that the recipes are designed to have leftovers, so you can make an entree or breakfast recipe once, and portion it out for several days):

    • 3 nourishing dinner entrees

    • 3 energizing breakfasts

    • 1 hearty salad recipe

    • 1 wholesome snack

    • 1 delicious dip/sauce

  • Curious what a meal plan looks like? Here is a sample meal plan for a previous client. 

2) ONE-ON-ONE COOKING CLASSES

  • In addition to the weekly meal plan, private coaching clients take part in a weekly customized cooking class. In addition to mastering basic culinary techniques like knife skills, roasting, sautéing, etc – you will choose 3-4 recipes from the week’s meal plan, which we will cook together during a 2-2.5 hour cooking class.

  • For in-person clients based in the Raleigh-Durham, I will purchase the ingredients and bring them directly to your kitchen for the class.

  • For remote clients, I will send you a detailed ingredients and equipment list, and the cooking class will be conducted via video Skype call.
